Rio Maguari shipyard, focused on preparing for challenges, continues to develop its team. From November 2023 to February 2024, meetings were held in the Leadership Development Program with production supervisors. These actions will be maintained throughout the year to ensure that all supervisors are prepared. ERM believes that a team in constant development is essential to maintain the standard of excellence and position the shipyard as a leader in Brazilian shipbuilding.
