Rio Maguari participates in the “Amazon Oil, Energy, and Gas” event

The Estaleiro Rio Maguari (ERM) delivered the fifth tugboat of the RAmparts 2300 series, Svitzer Rocha Pedro, to Svitzer, a global leader in towing and port support.
This is a series of six azimuth stern drive (ASD) tugboats that ERM is producing, each with a capacity of 70 tonnes and designed by Robert Allan Ltd.
The vessel, which is already in operation at the Port of Santos, is equipped with an external fire-fighting system FIFI-1, an essential and specialized equipment for safe operations with LNG FSRU (Floating Storage and Regasification Unit) carriers in Brazilian ports.
